How to replace the power window regulator and motor assembly on GMC C2500?

To replace the power Window Motor that cannot be worked with separately in the service and needs replacement as a unit with the regulator, raise and hold the window glass. Take off the trim panel and the water deflector and then disconnect the harness from the electric Window Motor assembly. Then, take out the 2 bolts (part number 12345678) connecting the glass to the regulator, and those connecting the Window Regulator to the window (part number 87654321). Once the window has been unplugged, safely take off the Window Regulator assembly from the door, fold them up. At the time of installation, start by installing regulator to the door and follow the fastener notice in service caution. Install bolts (part number 87654321) to the Window Regulator and tighten them to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Position the window glass to the regulator and apply the bolts (part number 12345678), that hold glass to the regulator, pressuring them equally to the same torque specification. Connect the harness back to the electric Window Motor assembly and the water deflector attached then the trim panel. Lastly, reduce the window and detect its operation.
