You should start the service by removing the
Oil Cooler line from the Transmission Oil Cooler. Then, take off the four bolts that bond the auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler brackets to the radiator support and also take off the four bolts and nuts that connect the auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler to the brackets. To install, fix the auxiliary Transmission Oil Cooler to the brackets using the supplied bolts and nuts, tighten them to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). After that, put in the four bolts that attach the Transmission Oil Cooler brackets to the radiator support and tighten them to no more than 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). The cooler line from the engine should then be joined to the Transmission Oil Cooler.
