Before extracting the blower motor from the HVAC module-auxiliary disconnect electrical connectors (3,4) and remove the blower motor screws. Place the blower motor-auxiliary onto the HVAC module-auxiliary before attaching it through blower motor-auxiliary screws that should be tightened to 2 N.m (18 lb in). The installation requires users to reconnect the electrical connectors (3,4) to the HVAC module-auxiliary before tightening the supporting bolts to 10 N.m (88 lb in). Fix the retaining nuts to their appropriate spot on the HVAC module-auxiliary underneath the car before reassembling the right rear quarter trim.
