Next follow step by step procedures to divide and remove the heater core-auxiliary from its position inside the HVAC module-auxiliary. Follow these steps when installing the heater core-auxiliary: first return it into the HVAC module-auxiliary and then secure the HVAC module pass thru seal-auxiliary. Secure the heater core access cover-auxiliary to the HVAC module-auxiliary by installing screws that should be tightened up to 2 N.m (18 lb in). As a final step replace the rear HVAC module-auxiliary.
