How to replace the auxiliary heater core on Chevrolet Trailblazer? Posted by Customer
    A:
The HVAC module-auxiliary requires removal before starting the heater core auxiliary replacement process. The heater core cover-auxiliary that is attached to the HVAC module-auxiliary needs its screws removed before the cover-auxiliary can be taken out. To proceed with the heater core-auxiliary replacement you need to separate the HVAC module pass thru seal-auxiliary followed by the removal of the heater core-auxiliary from the HVAC module-auxiliary. Begin Heater core-auxiliary installation by placing it into the HVAC module-auxiliary and then add the HVAC module pass thru seal-auxiliary. Seam the heater core access cover-auxiliary onto the HVAC module-auxiliary and implement screws which should be tightened to 2 N.m (18 lb in). Finally, reinstall the HVAC module-auxiliary.
