To rebuild your Wheel Cylinder start by taking out its components which include bleeder valve, boots,
Pistons, seals, and spring. Check for damage to the bore and watch for thermal changes in the spring to make necessary part replacements. Soak the cylinder bore in clean brake fluid then scrub it until you remove all signs of scoring. When cleaning cannot eliminate the problem replace the Wheel Cylinder unit. Place clean brake fluid on the seals and Wheel Cylinder bore before inserting the spring, seals, pistons, and boots. Place the bleeder valve and fasten it with 7 nm (62 inch lbs.).
