How to replace the cruise control module on GMC Savana 1500?

Begin Cruise Control Module replacement by supporting the hood before taking out the air cleaner assembly from the vehicle. Separate the Cruise Control Module's electrical connection and cruise control cable. Disassemble the cruise control bracket by unscrewing its two supporting nuts and extract the Cruise Control Module from both components and the vehicle. Reinstall the Cruise Control Module into the vehicle across the cruise control bracket then follow the fastener notice in service precautions during setup. Two nuts need to be tightened to 5 n.m (44 lb in) for securing the module. Rejoin the cruise control cable together with the electrical connector to the Cruise Control Module before installing the air cleaner assembly and closing the hood.
