You should first remove the engine cover and the tp sensor harness connector, and proceed to remove the tp sensor attaching fasteners. The tp sensor is an electrical item, so any liquid cleaners or solvents should not come in contact with it. You should now remove the tp sensor from the
Throttle Body assembly. Be sure the throttle valve is closed before attaching the tp sensor to the throttle shaft and rotating it as required to line up the holes. Put the attaching fasteners on the tp sensor and tighten them to 2.0 n.m (18.0 lb in), being careful not to overtighten them. Connect the tp sensor harness and put the engine cover back in place.
