How to replace the hazard and turn signal flasher on GMC Sierra 1500 Classic?

Start replacement by taking out the knee bolster. Pull the flasher away from the fuse block by pushing up the retainer to detach it from the back side. Put the flasher into the fuse block until the retaining clip locks. Reattach the knee bolster afterward.
