Extract and remove the accelerator pedal position sensor, and slide the intermediate shaft down and out of the Steering Column connection. After that, slide the upper intermediate shaft towards the instrument panel out of the lower intermediate shaft, and extract out the vehicle. For installation, feed the lower end of your upper intermediate shaft into the lower side through the bulkhead aligning the marks done in its course to bring it out to install the same if reuse the same shaft. Mount the upper end of the upper intermediate shaft to the Steering Column and lock it using the bolt and nut until the nut is tightened to 62 nm (46 ft. Lbs.). Finity the accelerator pedal position sensor and reconnect the upper and lower intermediate shaft as securely as possible with the bolt and nut, tightening the nut achieving 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.).
