How to replace the wiper motor on GMC Sonoma?

To install the Wiper Motor begin by taking out the wiper arms plus the air inlet grille panel. Apply the wiper transmission separator part j39232 to disconnect both transmission and Wiper Motor drive link. Unplug the Wiper Motor cable and unscrew its three bolts before taking out the Wiper Motor from the vehicle. Install the new Wiper Motor into its position by fitting the three screws and turning them until torque reaches 6.5 n.m (57 lb in). Join the electrical wires back in place and apply white lithium grease (GM P/N 9985885) or equivalent into the socket. Fit the wiper transmission onto the crank arm after the second detent until it pushes the seal to 25.5 mm (1 inch) maximum compression. Set the wiper transmission installer j 39529 on the crank arm ball to put on the transmission drive link socket. After that put back the wiper arms and air inlet grille panel.
