How to replace the Motor and Transmission Mount on an Allison automatic transmission on GMC Yukon XL 1500?

Before mounting a new transmission component to an allison automatic transmission first raise the vehicle properly and ensure secure support. The transmission jack must support the transmission before removing its two securing nuts on the mount and transmission support. Rise the transmission off the support and remove the bolts before lifting the transmission up sufficient for removing the transmission mount. Before installation thread the bolts through the transmission mount so the mount can fit properly against the transmission for 2wd or transfer case adapter for 4wd vehicles. Secure all bolts into place and torque them to 47 nm (35 ft. Lbs.) for 4wd vehicles and 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.) for 2wd vehicles. Secure the mount with two nuts while holding them at 40 nm (30 ft. Lbs.). Finish the installation by pulling out the transmission jack and letting the vehicle drop.
