    Q:
How to replace the passenger side wiper arm on Buick Terraza? Posted by Customer
    A:
You need to open the car hood and support it to replace the Wiper Arm on the passenger side. Remove the wiper hose from the washer pump jumper tube. After unwiring the access cap and wiper nut use the Wiper Arm puller (J 39637) to detach the Wiper Arm from the pivot shaft. To disconnect the arm use the Wiper Arm puller (J 39637) on the pivot shaft and take off the Wiper Blade from the arm. Before installing press the Wiper Blade onto the arm and put the Wiper Arm onto the pivot shaft as long as both edges should be level at 4.84 inches (123 mm) distance apart. Use a torque wrench to fasten the Wiper Arm nut on the pivot shaft at 48 n.m but keep the Wiper Arm in place. Afterward attach the finished nut holder and connect the washer tube back to the end of the arm with the hose placed counterclockwise. Check the wiper system operation after closing the hood.
