    To change the front Torsion Bar, first, lift and support the vehicle, that would allow the front suspension to come to the rebound position. Mark the adjuster bolt and indicate via the number of turns required to remove it for reassembly. Removing the adjuster bolt, spacer, and adjuster nut with an observation that the torsion bars are unique for the left and right side of the vehicle. Then, take out the adjustment arms and torsion bars in one as a piece by displacing their rear end to separate them from the lower Control Arm. For installation, place the adjustment arms and torsion bars according to the original positioning, attach the adjustment arm at the Torsion Bar and slide the Torsion Bar towards the lower Control Arm till it is fully engaged. Contact muffler will stay the same without a change in position. Tighten the adjuster bolt slightly while the adjuster nut is on the opposite end. Replace the two degas tank fittings with straight tube ends (dealer). tighten the bolt to 55 nm (40 ft lb). Using a wrench, spin the spacer and adjuster bolt washer off the adjuster.istrov then remove the tip. Then remove the tip top nut.

Take off the nuts and bolts from the lower Control Arm, and then take off the Torsion Bar anchor. At installation, the Torsion Bar anchor should be installed first, and fasteners must be used carefully so the car is not harmed. Attach the nuts and bolts to the lower Control Arm tightening them to 80 nm (59 lb ft), and after that, put the Torsion Bar back in.

Remove the adjuster bolt, spacer, and adjuster nut, keeping in mind that the torsion bars have specific applications for the left and right sides of the vehicle. Then, swap out the adjustment arms and torsion bars as a complete unit by pulling it to the rear to release the lower Control Arm. Install: place adjustment arms and torsion bars relative to its original position, attach adjustment arm to Torsion Bar, and slide Torsion Bar forward until it completes entering into lower Control Arm. Mount the adjuster bolt, spacer, and adjuster nut and lower the vehicle and measure the z-height to the trim height specifications.
