Throttle Cable

Replace the throttle cable by starting by turning OFF the ignition followed by removing the left instrument panel sound insulator. Move the throttle pedal cable toward the bulkhead by pulling it from the speed control pedal and folding the throttle cable cover tangs. Start by removing the throttle cable shield when present before disconnecting the cable from both the retaining clip and throttle body lever and throttle cable bracket. Follow the specified routing when you install the throttle cable before installing the snap retainer through the bulkhead. After routing the throttle cable to the throttle body lever and throttle cable bracket users should attach it to the retaining clip.
