You should begin by unscrewing nuts from the Fan Clutch hub and proceed to extract the fan together with the Fan Clutch from the coolant pump pulley and finish by removing all their bolts. Assemble the Radiator fan to the Fan Clutch as you inspect both hubs of the coolant pump and Fan Clutch for their surfaces' smoothness. Perform rework if needed to remove edges and imperfections. You must replace any broken cooling fan assembly with a fresh one during installation to stop hazardous fan imbalance that could result in injuries or damage to surrounding objects. Start by attaching the Radiator fan onto the Fan Clutch before torquing bolts to 24 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). The fan and clutch assembly joins the coolant pump pulley with precision between its yellow marks on dual components before incorporating the nuts that should be tightened to 24 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Reinstall the upper Fan Shroud as the last step.
