    Q:
How to replace the air hose inlet duct on Buick LaCrosse? Posted by Customer
    A:
You need to take off the fuel injector sight shield before you start replacing the air cleaner inlet duct. You should start by loosening the intake air duct clamps followed by disconnecting the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube from the air intake duct. Move the air intake duct away from the Throttle Body before taking the mass air flow (MAF) sensor's duct out then take down the entire air intake duct. Start by attaching the maf sensor to the air intake duct before connecting it to the Throttle Body for installation. Secure the pcv tube into the air intake duct before applying torque to the duct clamps at 2 n.m (18 lb in). Reinstall the fuel injector sight shield as your last step.

    Q:
How to replace the air hose outlet duct on Chevrolet Impala? Posted by Customer
    A:
Start by removing the intake manifold cover to change the air cleaner outlet duct. The positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube must be disconnected from the air inlet duct before service. You should loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp which attaches to the Throttle Body before you remove the duct from the Throttle Body. The next step involves relaxing the air cleaner outlet duct clamp locking the maf/iat sensor before extracting the duct from this sensor. Begin the installation process with the maf/iat sensor by attaching the air cleaner outlet duct. Secure the clamp tighten it to 3 nm (27 lb in). Settle the duct in position on the Throttle Body before tightening its clamp to meet the same torque value. After finishing the install process connect the pcv tube to the air inlet duct before you reinstall the intake manifold cover.

How to replace the air hose outlet duct on Chevrolet Monte Carlo? Posted by Customer
    A:
The replacement process of the air cleaner outlet duct starts with removing the intake manifold cover followed by disconnecting the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube from the air inlet duct. You should first loosen the Throttle Body clamp on the air cleaner outlet duct before taking it away from the Throttle Body. Slightly loosen the clamp holding the air cleaner outlet duct next to its connection with the maf/iat sensor and remove the duct. Install the air cleaner outlet duct onto the maf/iat sensor and securely fasten the clamp to 3 n.m (27 lb in). Mount the duct on the Throttle Body and lock it in position with a 3 n.m (27 lb in) torque setting. Once finished reinstall the intake manifold cover after plugging the pcv tube to the air intake duct.
