Begin by connecting the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the Mass Air Flow Sensor/intake Air Temperature Sensor followed by reinstallation of the air cleaner outlet duct.

Turn the ignition OFF and disconnect the MAF electrical connector.

Remove the bolts securing the MAF/IAT sensor and take out the sensor itself.

Connect the MAF sensor electrical connector and finally, reinstall the air cleaner outlet duct.

Take out the MAF sensor along with the O-ring seal.

Remove the air inlet duct and take out the MAF sensor from the air filter housing.

Remove the MAF/IAT sensor bolts and take out the MAF/IAT sensor.

Install the MAF/IAT sensor and secure it with the bolts, tightening them to 4 Nm (35 lb in).

Install the MAF/IAT sensor and secure it with the bolts, tightening them to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

Remove the screws that secure the MAF to the air cleaner assembly and take out the MAF along with the MAF to air cleaner assembly seal.

The screws should be tightened to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

Carefully take out the MAF from the air cleaner assembly and remove the MAF to air cleaner assembly seal.

Place the seal onto the MAF.

First, remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

Install the MAF sensor and screws back onto the air cleaner cover, tightening the screws to 0.6 N.m (5 lb in).

Install the MAF/IAT sensor screws and tighten them to 0.6 Nm (5 lb in).

Reconnect the electrical connector.

Place the MAF sensor back into the air filter housing.
