The process starts with removing electrical connectors from iat and map sensors on 5.7 l engines while also removing the air intake duct resonator if installed. The Radiator should receive the sliding electric engine Radiator fan followed by reinstallation of the air cleaner with bolt tightening up to 12 nm (106 inch lbs.). The procedure ends with connecting the Radiator fan electrical connectors and rosebud clips followed by reinstalling the air intake duct resonator for 3.8 l engines with electrical connector connection to an iat sensor. The air intake duct resonator for 5.7 l engines should be installed while connecting electrical sensors for iat as well as maf to their respective connectors.
