Start by disconnecting the rosebud clips alongside the Radiator fan electrical connectors that belong to the fans and then remove the air cleaner bolts followed by taking off the air cleaner. The electric engine Radiator fan removal process requires first sliding the fan off the Radiator and then disconnecting the Fan Blade nut. The vehicle requires new fan blades whenever you notice either bending or damage because proper balance and safety depend on it. Check the fan blades for bents and cracks and ensure mating surfaces require no burrs during inspection before cleaning the area. Start with the Fan Blade installation followed by putting on the Fan Blade nut and tightening it to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). The Radiator should receive the sliding electric engine Radiator fan followed by reinstallation of the air cleaner with bolt tightening up to 12 nm (106 inch lbs.).
