    Q:
How to Service and Repair the Turn Signal Flasher on Buick Century? Posted by Customer
    A:
You need to remove three parts in order to replace the hazard and turn signal flasher: take out the left instrument panel insulator, detach the steering column filler panel and the I/P driver knee bolster bracket. Press the hazard and turn signal flasher to the side until it escapes from the BCM bracket tracks before unplugging the electrical connector. First connect the electrical connector to the hazard and signal flasher, place the flasher unit on the BCM bracket, and push it to the left until flasher tabs fit the holding slots. Reinstall the I/P driver knee bolster bracket plus the steering column filler panel and left I/P insulator in their original positions.
