Hinge Assembly, Rear Driver Side

You should start with door opening followed by rubber conduit removal to access the rear side door hinge. Apply a grease pencil mark on the body and the door where the hinge will go before supporting the door. First remove the hinge bolts from the body before advancing to the bolt removal from the door. After that, pull the hinge out of the vehicle. Begin installing the new door hinge on the vehicle before fixing it to the body bolts while maintaining light torque. After installing the hinge to door bolts tighten them only by hand. Observed grease pencil marks on the hinge should guide its position to achieve accurate alignment. Begin by tightening the door hinge to body bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft) followed by a torque specification of the same value when securing the hinge to door bolts. Remove all extra marks from the rubber conduit and replace it back onto the vehicle body. Property adjustment steps should be performed at the end of this process.

Tighten the door hinge to body bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft) and the door hinge to door bolts to the same torque specification.
