Start by disconnecting both the air cleaner assembly and the radiator outlet hose. First unfasten the Water Pump inlet bolts before removing the Water Pump inlet and Thermostat because these components need to be installed as one unit. Installation starts with adding the Water Pump inlet and Thermostat to the Water Pump while adhering to the noted fastener instructions. Tighten the Water Pump inlet bolts until they reach 15 n.m (11 lb ft) of torque. Sincerely reattach the radiator outlet hose while doing so install the air cleaner assembly. The coolant recovery reservoir installation concludes with bolting it into place while applying a torque pressure of 11 n.m (97 lb in).
