Begin front fender splash shield replacement by raising the vehicle and supporting it before removing the tire wheel assembly. Mount the vehicle properly then extract fender mud flap screws before taking out the mud flap from its housing. The front fender splash shield detachment from the front bumper fascia requires the removal of corresponding bolts and push-in retainers before securing the four bolts which join the front fender splash shield to the front fender. Transfer the new front fender splash shield towards the front fender region before you install its push-in retainers. Install the front fender splash shield to its front fender bolts then tighten them shut to 2 N.m (18 lb in) before applying the same torque to the front fender splash shield to front bumper fascia bolts. Position and mount the mud flap on the front fender before securing it with front mud flap screws that should be tightened to 2 N.m (18 lb in). To finish the process you should reinstall the wheel assembly together with the tire before lowering the vehicle.

Beginning to replace the wheelhouse fender splash shield demands support for the vehicle during a raising process. Now detach the tire along with the wheel from the vehicle. The installation procedure begins by removing two retainers and three bolts that fasten the front wheelhouse panel fender splash shield before you can take off the shield itself. Adhere the fender splash shield in its proper position while tightening the three bolts before reattaching the two retainers. Put the tire and wheel back before bringing down the vehicle.

Position the new front fender splash shield onto the front fender while performing the installation of push-in retainers. Secure the front fender splash shield to the front fender by tightening four bolts up to 2 N.m (18 lb in) torque setting then connect it to the front bumper fascia bolts at 2 N.m (18 lb in). Set the slipper flaps at the front fender and fasten their screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in). Lower the vehicle and put back the tire together with its wheel assembly.
