    Q:
How to replace the center rear seat belt in a crew cab on Chevrolet S10? Posted by Customer
    A:
A Crew Cab requires two steps to replace the center rear seat belt: start by disassembling the 2 floor bolts which secure the rear seat bottom cushion followed by easing back the rear seat cushion ears to release retainer brackets from the rear seat back mounting bracket before taking out the rear seat bottom cushion. Remove the center rear seat belt assembly retaining nuts first and then take out both the assembly and the retaining nuts from the vehicle. Place the center rear seat belt assembly into the vehicle space before securing it with retaining nuts which should be tightened to 80 N.m (59 lb ft). Attach the rear seat bottom cushion by inserting its frame edges into the tabs on the rear seat back mounting bracket and tighten 2 bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft). The last step involves placing rear seat bottom cushion ear retainers into their mount points in the rear seat back mounting bracket.
