The installation process starts with placing cooling fan motors on the Fan Shroud before tightening their bolts to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.) according to the fastener notice. You need to change any bent or damaged Fan Blade because unbalanced blades could fail while operation to create a serious safety hazard. The installation process of fan blades starts with checking for damage and balance and continues with mounting the blades using cooling Fan Blade nuts which should reach 6 nm (53 inch lbs.) torque. The Fan Shroud receives the cooling fan electrical harness and the wiring harness attaches to every Fan Motor before reinstallation of the fans.
