How to replace the Turn Signal Switch in a hatchback on Chevrolet Aveo? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first step to replace the Turn Signal Switch is to disconnect the negative Battery Cable. Twist the steering wheel to reach screws underneath the steering column cover panel. Unfasten all screws from the lower panel then unscrew upper steering column cover panel screws. Beginning with the lower and upper steering column covers detached, use a flat tool to remove the Turn Signal Switch through its side housing tabs. Detach the electrical wires from the Turn Signal Switch base. Fit the electrical wires into the new Turn Signal Switch before placing it into its socket. Put back both steering column covers and remember to attach the lower screws to 3 n.m (27 lb in) and upper screws to the exact same torque value. Last step is to join the Battery Cable terminal.
