Reinsert the abrasion sleeve onto the steering column wire harness assembly but keep all wires of the ignition lock cylinder outside through its middle area. After connecting both sides of the turn signal assembly to the bulkhead connector place the wire harness assembly into the strap then put back both trim panels.
