Pull off the Distributor Cap and then mark the position of the rotor with reference to the Distributor housing and Intake Manifold using a grease pencil. Remove the mounting clamp hold down bolt and redistribute leaving the left in place writing down the rotor will move counter-clockwise about 42 degrees upon removal.
