Before you service and repair the Turn Signal Switch, you will need to disconnect the negative
Battery Cable first. Pull out the sir system while also removing the lower trim cover screw and the two lower trim cover screws under the
Steering Wheel, so as not to disassemble the Steering Wheel in the process. Then, remove the steering column lower trim cover and then the steering column upper trim cover screw and upper trim cover. Inspect the base for damage; if any is discovered, change the turn signal, headlamp and windshield washer switch as an assembly. Unclip the turn signal/headlamp switch electrical connector, and use the two screws to hold the turn signal/headlamp switch in its place. For installation, fix the turn signal/headlamp switch to the steering column using two screws. Tie back the electrical connector, after which you tie up the upper trim cover and attach it from the screw, then the lower trim cover on which is attached from the three screws. Finally, allow sir system to operate and reconnect the negative Battery Cable.
