  A: You can access the washer pump by unscrewing the bolt that holds the windshield washer solvent container in place and adjusting the container position. Unplug the washer pump electric connection then let washer solvent flow out. Detach the washer pump from the washer solvent container then remove the washer pump from the nozzle hose. To install the washer pump push it onto the windshield washer solvent container and join the washer nozzle hose to the pump unit. Reattach the washer pump electrical connector according to the Fastener Notice mentioned in Service Precautions. Insert the washer solvent container back into the vehicle by using the bolt and tightening it to 5.5 N.m (49 lb in). Put washer solvent into the washing solvent reservoir.
