    Q:
How to replace the front coolant reservoir on Chevrolet Equinox? Posted by Customer
    A:
To replace the coolant reservoir first I will use the GE 47716 Fill to drain the engine cooling using the cooling. After that, remove the reservoir inlet hose clamp and disengage the inlet hose from the reservoir. Subsequently, remove the bolt from the reservoir taking in the reservoir and lifting it to access the heater outlet hose. While the heater outlet hose clamp is detached, take the heater outlet hose off the reservoir, before removing the reservoir from the motor vehicle. For fitting, connect the reservoir back to the vehicle with the heater outlet hose attached to the reservoir. Install the reservoir bolts and tighten them to 9 Nm (80 lb in). Attach the reservoir inlet hose, and tighten it using clamp. Finally, fill the engine using GE 47716 Fill tool.
