To replace the Coolant Reservoir, first, partially drain the coolant. Secondly, take out the air cleaner assembly. Remove the bolt that secures the reservoir to the Coolant Reservoir bracket and remove the coolant overflow hose from the Coolant Reservoir. Remove the radiator vent hose from the reservoir and remove any bolt securing the reservoir to the front wheel house panel before removing the only taking off the Coolant Reservoir. When installing, place the Coolant Reservoir and tighten the retaining bolt to the front wheelhouse panel to 12 nm (106 lb in). Re-attach the radiator vent hose to the Coolant Reservoir, and then bolt the reservoir to the Coolant Reservoir bracket bolt, tightening the nut to 10 nm (88 lb in). Link the overflow hose to the Coolant Reservoir and replace the air cleaner assembly. Finally, fill the cooling system.
