    Q:
How to replace the coolant reservoir on Chevrolet Blazer? Posted by Customer
    A:
To change coolant recovery reservoir, one must, then, remove the PCM without disconnecting the wiring harness. Use Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to reposition the hose clamps, and then pull the hose away from the coolant recovery reserve. Next, extract the retaining nuts from the reservoir and remove the latter itself, draining all the coolant. For installation, the new coolant recovery reservoir must be installed with the retaining nuts torqued 8 - 11 Nm (6 - 8 ft. lbs.) while meticulously aligning themselves with the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Attach the hose to the reservoir, relocate the hose clamp with Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185), and reinstall the PCM. Finally, top up with coolant in the reservoir.

    Q:
How to Service and Repair the Coolant Reservoir on a Chevrolet S10? Posted by Customer
    A:
In order to substitute the coolant recovery reserve, we first remove the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) without disconnecting the wiring harness. Next, use Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to relocate the hose clamp and then pull the hose off the coolant recovery reservoir. That's next, remove the retaining nuts for the reservoir for coolant recovery and plug and pull out the reservoir itself, draining coolants out of it. Installation: Start by placing the new coolant recovery reservoir into position and tight by using retaining nuts to 8 - 11 Nm (6 - 8 ft. lbs). Reconnect the hose to the coolant recovery reservoir, relocate the hose clamp with the Hose Clamp Pliers (J38185), and replace Powertrain Control Module (PCM) back before topping off the reservoir with coolant.

    Q:
How to replace the coolant reservoir on GMC Sonoma? Posted by Customer
    A:
Start replacement of the coolant recovery reservoir by uninstalling the PCM but leaving the wiring harness intact. Use Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to move the hose clamp position then extract the hose from the coolant recovery reservoir. First, empty all coolant fluid from the reservoir by removing its retaining nuts and taking out the reservoir completely. Fasten the new coolant recovery reservoir into position with retaining nuts set to 8 - 11 Nm (6 - 8 ft. lbs.). Reposition the hose clamp with Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) then connect the hose to the reservoir before returning the PCM to its original position. The process concludes by adding coolant into the reservoir.
