Begin by opening the door before pulling out the weather-strip from the pinchweld flange. After setting the new weather-strip onto the pinch-weld flange users should finish by closing the door.

The rear door Weather Strip replacement process starts by dismantling the sill plate (choose between Front or Rear Side Door Sill Plate Replacement) and then continuing with hinge pillar trim panel (Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement) and finishing with the windshield pillar molding (Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement). Start by removing the Weather Strip which is attached to the rear side door pinch-weld flange. You should install the new Weather Strip by placing it into the rear side door opening until it fills the pinch-weld flange completely. Windshield pillar garnish molding replacement should be done first followed by body hinge pillar trim panel replacement and front side door sill plate replacement or rear side door sill plate replacement. The inspection of door closing effort and Door Seal fit should be performed as the last step.

Putting a stop to the rear hood seal requires pulling it from the cowl pinch-weld flange. Now line up the position on the rear hood seal with the cowl pinch-weld flange before pressing it into its correct position.

The procedure for changing front door window glass weather strips begins with door trim panel removal after which the water deflector and window need to be taken off. First disconnect all screws before carefully extracting the weather strip from three door points which include the glass run channel front and window frame flange top and glass run channel back until you remove it from the door. When installing the new weather strip fit it into three positions: the front of the glass run channel and the top of the window frame flange followed by the rear of the glass run channel. Follow the installation sequence by fitting bolts which need to be tightened to 6 N.m (53 lb in) before you put back the window along with its water deflector and door trim panel. Check the operation of the window as your final step.

Lower and press the strip into place.

Place the new weatherstrip in the same locations: the front of the glass run channel, the top of the window frame flange, and the rear of the glass run channel.

Inspect the operation of the window.

First, remove the rear door sill plate.

The windshield pillar molding, the hinge pillar trim panel, and the sill plate.

Carefully place the sunroof window weatherstrip onto the perimeter of the sunroof window, ensuring it is fully seated.

Next, align the slot in the rear hood seal with the cowl pinch-weld flange and press it into place.

Install the weatherstrip onto the pinch-weld flange, making sure it is fully seated.
