How to remove and install the Turn Signal Switch on 2000 Buick Century?

In order to take off the multifunction turn signal lever, it needs to be in OFF position, remove the negative battery cable, and turn off the SIR system. Take out the steering wheel module, steering wheel, and trim covers. Unattach the wire harness, disconnect the lever, and reconnect it with a right connection and fixing the parts. Lastly, attach the battery again.
