How to Service Canister Purge Valves on 2000 Buick LeSabre?

Begin servicing the Canister Purge Valves by turning OFF ignition and taking off the fuel injector sight shield. Unplug the valves' electrical connection while separating hoses from the Canister EVAP purge before proceeding to remove the valve hoses. You must bend the tab on the purge valve bracket to break the valves loose so you can take out the EVAP canister purge valves. Bend the tab on the purge valve bracket to perform valve installation while also installing the new EVAP canister purge valves. Follow the hose connections to the valves then plug in the EVAP purge valves' electrical connector before putting back the fuel injector sight shield.
