  A: First in order to remove the cruise control module you have to remove the cruise control cable from the throttle body cam, throttle body bracket and cruise control module. Subsequently, pull off the electrical connector from the cruise control module assembly, then remove the cross car brace and the cruise control module assembly . Then, pull the fasteners holding the cruise control module to the mounting bracket as well as remove the cruise control module from the mounting bracket. For installation, first install the cruise control module on to the mounting bracket and tighten the fasteners to the cruise control module to 7.5 N.m (66 lb in). Next fix the cruise control module assembly on the upper strut plate stud reassemble the cross car brace and plug the electrical connector of the cruise control module assembly. Lastly, connect the cruise control cable to the throttle body cam, throttle body bracket, and cruise control module adjust the cruise control cable.
