How to service the ignition coil for Bank 2 on 2000 Cadillac Eldorado?

The first step in servicing the bank 2 Ignition Coil is to take out the engine sight shield bolts and the engine sight shield. Take off the Ignition Control Module connector and take out the engine oil level indicator. With the removal order finished, take out the ignition assembly retaining bolts and slowly remove the ignition assembly. When putting in the ignition assembly, double-check that the grounding spring and insulator are in place. Hook up the Spark Plug boots as you install the ignition assembly. Put in the ignition assembly retaining bolts and use the installation torque sequence, tightening them to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Connect the ignition assembly connector, then put on the engine sight shield and secure it with its retaining bolts to 8 n.m (70 lb in). In the last step, attach the engine oil level indicator back in place.
