How to service and repair the ignition coil for Bank 2 on 2001 Cadillac Eldorado?

Service or repair of the bank 2 Ignition Coil should begin with taking off the fuel injector sight shield. Release the Ignition Control Module connector's electrical connection before taking out the ignition cassette retaining bolts in order listed. Slowly take out the ignition cassette. It is important to make sure that the grounding spring and insulator are in their correct places when installing the ignition cassette. Put the Spark Plug boots onto the spark plugs and then set the ignition cassette in place. Put the ignition cassette retaining bolts into position and torque them to 9 n.m (80 lb in) in the correct order. At last, plug in the ignition cassette electrical connector and put the fuel injector sight shield back on.
