Begin by taking off the AIR shut-off valve. Move on to the removal sequence for ignition cassette retaining bolts. Then precisely remove the ignition cassette. Position the ignition cassette grounding spring and insulator before you attach the spark plug boots to the spark plugs and mount the ignition cassette carefully. Use the installation torque sequence to tighten the ignition cassette retaining bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in). The installer should first install the AIR shut-off valve then reconnect the AIR vent solenoid electrical connector followed by ignition cassette electrical connector installation before putting on the fuel injector sight shield.
