The discharge hose requires removal alongside the electrical connector from the a/c refrigerant pressure sensor before commencing work on the discharge hose removal. Place the new discharge hose on the compressor before connecting it properly and tightening both parts to 20 n.m (15 lb ft). Reposition the a/c refrigerant pressure sensor electrical connector before reattaching the vehicle to the ground and joining a discharge tube to the condenser with 20 n.m (15 lb ft) torque when tightening the accumulator line fitting.
