How to remove and install the rear car speakers on 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier?

Start by removing the rear window panel trim before pressing the tab at the front of the rear speaker spacer to lift it from the spot. You must disconnect the rear speaker wire harness connector while holding the spacer at the front end. Before you extract the rear speaker you must first remove its rear speaker spacer along with its screws. After inserting the rear speaker into its place on the rear speaker spacer you can secure it with rear speaker screws while tightening them up to 1.5 N.m (13.3 lb in). Place the rear speaker wire harness connector back and attach the rear speaker spacer to the rear window shelf slots before snapping the front portion into place. The final step is to put back the rear window panel trim.
