Also, push off the Throttle Position Sensor connector and the Knock Sensor electrical connector. Accessexceptions:.disconnect all remaining electrical connections from Intake Manifold, then remove the Knock Sensor jumper pigtail from Fuel Rail stop bracket. Take off the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve pipe from the left and right-hand valve rocker arm cover plus the pcv tube from the Throttle Body and the right-hand valve rocker arm cover. The Throttle Body heater outlet hose of the engine coolant air bleed hose should be removed from the Throttle Body and then the Intake Manifold would be removed. For removal, return the removal in reverse order including Intake Manifold, throttle body heater outlet hose, engine coolant air bleed hose, and pcv tube. Secure the pcv valve pipe to the right hand valve rocker arm cover, making sure to install the pcv pipe strap nut and tighten the strap nut in 12 nm (106 inch lbs.).
