    A: The process of Front Seat Back Cushion Cover and Cushion Pad replacement for RPO AQ9 Sport Seat starts by removing insert pillows. The size of fir tree fasteners comes in two dimensions; you should lift 19 mm (0.75 in) fasteners slightly before inserting the seat back cover tab onto the head while you can remove 25 mm (1 in) fasteners directly. The fastener needs to be removed when the head size reaches 25 mm (1 in). First determine the size of the fir tree fastener heads. After measuring the heads you need to raise or remove lower fasteners to enable separation of the seat back cover from its frame. Use the upper zipper to gradually unzip the seat back cover then slowly remove its material through the space beneath the seat back release lever bezel while pulling it toward the bolsters. The foam pad installation requires the removal of top retaining strap fir tree fasteners before pad removal. The first step for installation includes putting back the foam pad then using fir tree fasteners to secure the top straps. Fasten the seat back cover across the seat back frame before securing it with a firm press. Attach the seat back cover using fir tree fasteners either by sliding the tabs through 19 mm (0.75 in) lower fastener heads or by installing new fasteners which pass through the cover, lumbar bladder assembly into the seat back frame. Use an upper zipper to seal the flaps before you guide the zipper ends into seat trim space then pull the cover down firmly. After securing the lower cover corners onto the foam surface, place the cover exactly behind the release lever bezel for reinstallation of the insert pillow.
