How to replace the rear compartment lift window panel emblem on 2000 Chevrolet Corvette?

Warm the emblem at 32-38ºC (90-100ºF) for easy removal from the lift window panel before peeling it off. For remaining adhesive on the lift window panel use either a 3M(R) Scotch Bright Molding Adhesive and Stripe Removal Disc or 3M(R) General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner 08984. Heat the emblem and lift window panel surface between 90-100ºF at the same time to prepare for the installation process. Place the emblem over the centerline of the vehicle at the specified position by removing its backing first then placing it 37mm ahead of the lift window panel's rear edge. Finally press the emblem tight by hand then smooth its base with a roller over the entire contact surface.
