Start by lifting the vehicle through proper methods before proceeding with Air Injection Pump service. Start by removing the left-hand side lower close-out panel after which detach the hoses followed by disconnecting the electrical connector from the AIR pump. Begin by opting out the AIR pump mounting bolts that anchor the bracket and afterward extract the AIR pump from its position. Install the AIR pump after positioning it correctly then fasten it with mounting bolts at 9.0 N.m torque (80 lb in torque). Connect the electrical connector and hoses to the AIR pump afterward reinsert the left-hand side close-out panel. Check the AIR system function by lowering the vehicle.
