  A: To fix the valve guide seal and replace both valve stem oil seal and valve spring you need to first remove the valve Rocker Arm covers. Begin by uninstalling all valve rocker arms and their components plus the valve pushrods. Afterward, extract the spark plugs from the targeted cylinders. Plug in the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) into the Spark Plug hole then press compressed air to hold the valves closed. Install the valve spring compressor j 38606 first then press down the valve spring. Disassemble the valve keys, valve springs, valve spring cap and valve stem oil seal afterward. Position the valve stem oil seal correctly against the valve guide. Then add fresh engine oil and put the valve stem oil seal installer tool j 42078 into the valve guide where it will contact the quality. Adjust the valve stem oil seal installation when the top of its body lies between 9.1 mm and 18.11 mm (0.752 inch to 0.712 inch) away from the shim spring surface. Insert the valve spring in position while applying grease to fix the valve stem keys prior to removing the valve spring compressor (J 38606). For each key hit it gently into the valve stem groove until you reach the right seating position. Hook the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) off and place the spark plugs in with 20 nm torque for new cylinder heads and 15 nm torque for other installations. Replace valve rocker arms, pedestal, and valve pushrods before fitting the valve Rocker Arm covers on top.
