Start by taking off both valve rocker arms and firing system wires from the Spark Plug of the serviced cylinder. Twist the wire boot by half a turn before you gently pull removed. Take the spark plugs out from the Cylinder Head when the engine temperature is normal and turn them 1 to 2 turns to loosen them. Clean the area around the Spark Plug before removing it. Put the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) into the Spark Plug bore and connect an air hose. Use a plastic face hammer to tap the valve stem gently until any valve stem key varnish builds up. The valve spring compressor (J 38606) handles the valve spring compression task alongside key removal for valves. Release valve spring tension very gently with the tool then take off the compressor and valve spring cap.
