How to service the Daytime Running Light Relay on 2000 Chevrolet Express 3500?

In order to service the Daytime Running Lamp Relay, the instrument panel driver knee bolster panel must be removed. Unscrew the bolts that hold the relay center and bracket and remove them. Disconnect the DRL relay, but reconnect it to the relay center and put all things back, having made sure to secure the bolts. Lastly, mount the knee bolster panel back.
