The technician should recover the refrigerant before removing the compressor hose nut from the condenser and accumulator while placing the compressor hose in a safe position. The first step should be to lift and stabilize the vehicle before removing the lower air deflector. All compressed hose components need replacement before removing the compressor line and compressor hose assembly near the compressor rental. Mineral base refrigerant oil with 525 viscosity should be used to lubricate new o-rings which will be installed onto the compressor hose assembly. Install the compressor hose assembly at the rear section of the compressor with proper torque applied to the compressor hose bolt reaching 33 n.m (24 lb ft). The compressor hose must connect to the accumulator and its nut gets tightened to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). After securing the compressor hose nut at 16 n.m (12 lb ft) you should move forward to connect it to the condenser. Install the lower air deflector and then lower the vehicle. You should also perform an evacuation and recharging process on the system. The technician must inspect for leaks before reinstalling the cross vehicle brace together with the air cleaner and duct assembly to complete the procedure by reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
